1. Registration for all 2009 Winter Programs will be taken at the Chanute Recreation Commission beginning Monday, January 19th.

2. Office Hours for the CRC are 8:30 am - 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.  If you are unable to come to the CRC office during regular hours, the appropriate registration form(s) can be mailed or faxed to you.  Forms may also be downloaded from this site.

3. Sorry, no telephone registrations

4. Pre-Registration is required for all programs. Registration is done on a first come, first serve basis.  Waiting lists will be formed when classes are full.

5. Please keep a record of classes in which you enroll.  You will not be notified about your class unless there is a change made or it is canceled.

6. No Refunds will be given after a one time class, or after the second class meeting.  Classes with unsufficient numbers will be canceled and a refund given.  CRC reserves the right to cancel or combine activities.

7.  Postponement of activities due to inclement weather will be announced on this website, our program information line 431-0061, KKOY, and KINZ.

8.  There will be a $20.00 service charge on all returned checks.

9.  Scholarships are available to help cover program fees.  Please contact the Recreation Office for additional information or an application.
